Begginer Seeking ANY Advice

So in about a week I'm going to be moving to my own apartment. (Please do not tell me not to grow in the apartment)
Anyways, I have no experience what so ever of being a ganja farmer. Looking for any tips, advice or input.
Got a couple question of my own though.
- What do you recommend to grow in? Seen a couple of those tents or stealth boxes, looks pretty interesting.
- I plan on having just only a few plants so what kind of strain would you recommend? I'm kind of worried about smell, and the size. Id like something that would get me ripped, dosen't smell too much, produces alot of bud for a decent sized plant.
Any of your comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks:smoke:

Once you decide on how big of an OP you want then you should decide on a strain, personally I am going to be using a PC case.

Don't grow in an apartment.. Just kidding.

Do you actually use the PC case until you harvest? I was just thinking it looks a bit too small... That's like only 1 plant you can grow in there right?

I am going to try 2 smaller plants, I know yield won't be impressive.. I am only growing for personal use but I am currently working on a 2nd case because I have most of the supplies kicking around.

What strain will you be growing? How much do you expect?
Yeah maybe I will try 1 PC for myself but I'm feelin' the entrepreneurial spirit as well ya know?

What's your budget?
Wouldn't mind going up to $500. I saw your your DIY growbox thread. Would I be able to use around the same sized or bigger to grow from begging to end?

You can do well with $500, that's pretty much the budget for a 250w digital 2'x2' grow done properly, from beginning to end. (with grow materials and carbon filter)
Do you have any specific questions that weren't addressed in my thread?

My best advice is to keep it cheap and simple with the nutes and invest yoir money in the best equipment you can afford. I used the Lucas formula for my first grow: a $23 pouch of GH Maxibloom, some ph up and down and a little cal/mag is all you need for the entire grow. I splurged for a $20 bottle of Koolbloom to use as a bloom booster, but its unneccessary. Instead of spending $150-200 of your budget on some of the nutrient packages out there, you could do 10-15 small grows for less than $50 total for nutrients. This gives you an extra $50-150 to put into your setup. I had fantastic results with this method and found it super newbie-friendly. You can check out my grow journal in my sig for more details on my setup and results as it sounds like you will be running something very similar.
Feel free to pm me with any questions, and good luck getting up and running!
