Can a Male (after fertilizing the female with pollen) be cut back ( kinda like a female would be for reveg ) and revegged to pollinate again?

Agreed. Or capture pollen for later use eliminating the need for a reveg or clone.

Yes and easy it is too, take it to the next level.
Use the root base, to save a nute poisoned female ...cut the male 2" above the root ball and transplant to a female, whose roots are too damaged, they do this procedure many time with roses, and valuable plants.
