How do you maked your newly purchased weed not smell?

Ok I just bought half an oz, i don't plan on smoking it until Thursday. I don't want anybody who visits to freak out, so tell me Grasscity, what are good ways to conceal the smell?

Just double bag it and toss it in a mason jar man.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuckin throw it in a bag, throw that bag in a bag, n throw that bag in a mason jar. thats what i do when i gotta conceal the smell efficiently.

You don't need to toss the weed into a bag if it's already going in a mason jar.

one possibility is water curing, in which you can use fresh green or dried

Water Curing is done by cutting down your buds and removing the fan leaves. It's optional to do further trimming, but note that cured trimmings always make better hash. Place them in a bin of Reverse Osmosis water and keep below above 65F and below 75F. Use something to gently weigh them down. Once a day for 3-7 days (depending on personal preference) change out the water with clean fresh RO water. Because there is a high concentration of chlorophyll and salts in the buds and none in the water, Osmosis will naturally occur, drawing it out of the plant until the levels are equal. The water is changed out to keep the osmotic pressure at its highest: day old water will not have the same osmotic force to suck out everything. After the 3-7 days, hang and dry the buds like you normally would. Done!
Results:
-Less bag appeal
-The smoothest bud you'll ever smoke
-Bud is more potent, but only because the total weight is reduced. IE- where you may get 1.5g air curing, you'll only get 1g with water cure: a much purer product
-Using them method allows you to pump in nutrients all the way to the end, with NO 1-2 weeks of flushing. That could increase yields significantly.

Remember that nothing we want to smoke is water soluble. That means it will not leach out into the water. The only thing that can happen is trichomes can break off if you treat the buds roughly: be gentle.

Just put it into a mason jar, or 2 bags/plastic container.

i take all of the bud and put it into a straight mason jar without any bags at all. sometimes i leave it for a couple weeks and it's cured to perfection.

dude if you got the extra cash go to a reputable head shop and there you will find smellyproof bag's or vacume pack hight container's... or order em off the net and have em overnighted.. i always used to use a guitar case they work pretty good espically if you have a compartment in em or bagged and in a jar

Yeah that's what I do if I need to keep it out of sight, I'll put it in the bottom of the strap pocket, since it's really long and nobody's going to stick their hand down the whole thing accidentally
