I have been smoking for about a year now. I have owned two bongs, and now I really want to buy a pipe. But I don't want an average spoon pipe, I want an actual unique one...and I love Lord of the Rings. The only problem is that it is a tobacco pipe, and I'm skeptical about buying it... well you could always just get a really long sherlock glass pipe. a tobacco pipe could work but the one i had, had a filter in the neck of it that kind of looked like a lollypop stick (i actually used it for tobacco so it didnt bother me). this could potentially be a problem since once back in the day i took the tobacco out of a cigarette and filled it with weed and the res was literally coming out of the filter like i was squeezing black play dough out of a tube of tooth paste. from the pictures of the gandolf pipe i see on google it appears to be made of stone though so if its made of stone i highly doubt there will be an filter in it, in which case youd be fine. so you could either get a gandolf pipe and remove this filter (if there is one) or get a really long sherlock considering how its basically the same thing. its pretty much up to you which you get because at the end of the day you can basically smoke weed out of anything with 2 holes in it. no pun intended. *edit* yeah i failed to notice that you linked the one you were looking at lol. yeah i mean for 10 bucks whats the worst that could happen
People tell me it doesn't work right, but who knows! Go for it, I've always wanted to try despite people saying it wont burn right and what not.
You have to pack more weed. You have to at least pack half a gram. The more the better it will burn. I have tried it multiple times.

Haha, dude. I have two of these, originally for tobacco, but then i switched to the gangja. The small pipe screens fit perfectly inside the bowl. It definitely can be a bitch to clean, but if you clean it more often than just regularly, you'll be fine. It def makes the smoke better, though. Pirates often used clay long-stems because the distance the smoke travels from bowl to mouth allows the smoke to cool off tremendously. That's pretty common knowledge, though. Anyway, I know from experience these work and work well. In fact, I think I'll have to whip one back out today lol. Happy toking!

the bowl, sure. The stem, maybe not. also you may start to scrape the inside of the wood too. i'd be most worried about the stem clogging honestly. but that's why i'd get a glass churchwarden instead. you could just dip the whole thing in alcohol and salt or leave it in simple green overnight and you're done.
