Ive recently been envious of all these people rocking dope as snapbacks but I dont have any. So lately ive been surfing the web for some and on Ioffer.com they have TISA's for $20! I feel like its too good to be true, so does anyone have any experience with this site, or with real/fake TISA's? Like for the price of getting one decent New Era I could get 2 TISA's. So Id really like this to be legit! And even if they arent real I still wouldnt mind rocking them, I just dont want to get scammed.
