Here's my predictions for the groups.
Group A: Poland
Group B: Germany
Group C: Spain
Group D: France

yea except croatia is actually a good team. Ukraine is playing tomorrow, i'll be happy if they win A GAME. But i'm totally not holding my breath. Our coach, Blokhin, who was a great player during the soviet era is a shitty coach. He still wants his guys to play like they did in the 70s. All about ball is faster than the player, no personal technique, just pass pass pass. Oh and he'll probably play with 1 lone striker. So exciting, definitely gonna beat france, england and sweden. I don't get how he still has that job....ANWYAY

I enjoyed the russia/czech republic game the most so far. I'm definitely thinking germany/spain/netherlands for winners. Italy's not looking too bad since they've gotten rid of most of their dinosaurs. Buffon's still the most overrated keeper in the world. France is shit, we all know. And england....well they might have the best club football in the world, but the national team hasn't done SHIT since what '66? Yea, looks like you guys are not doing anything this tournament either. Playing rooney as a lone striker is not gonna win a lot of games for ya. He needs someone to play off of, to play to. How about walcott? Lampard and barry aren't playing, which will suck. Either way, it's gonna be a nice little tourney and i'm enjoying it so far.

P.S. All this talk about racism is horseshit. At least in Ukraine. Yea we might be one of the whitest country in the world, but we have and have had african and arab people there for decades and no one beats em or discriminates or anything. Also considering our top 2 teams in the ukrainian league have a bunch of brazilian/african players and there is no racist chants or anything during the games, you got nothing to worry about. Now polacks are a different story. But then again, i really couldn't give 2 shits about them anyway.

Worked and drank with a lot of Ukrainian and Polish lads down through the years and never had a problem with any of them. Serious drinkers though.
