I don't understand, I'm high as fuck right now but when I was smoking I was
ripping my bong and I would milk it I watched it fill up with smoke, then I
would inhale all of the smoke (I have been smoking for years I know I inhaled
I felt it) but then would only exhale a little bit. This phenomena is fucking with
me! Anyone else ever have this happen?

it happens when you hold it in for a long time, at least in my experience.

i have the same too when i breathe in a lot after the hit. it pushes the smoke down to the bottom of your lungs, so when you exhale, nothing comes out.

It's called ghosting the smoke it just happens when you hold it in long. People who are really good at it can smoke inside without anyone noticing. Course it doesn't sound healthy to me.
