my neighbor makes a bunch of noise at all random hours i just ignore it though maybe it's not loud enough
i used to live in some appartments, the trick is to prevent people from moving in when they pick the appartment. so whenever people visited the apaprtment upstairs to check it out i would play my music or video games extemly loud. who wants loud neighbors?
Go on youtube and look up some heavy dubstep & blast that as loud as possible! When they complain tell em its not past 10pm yet!
Reminds me of friends with the crazy lady under the big apartment haha. Always banging on the roof with a broom.
I also use my trusty old Panasonic Power Blaster boom box, on the top shelf of an Ikea shelf unit right up against the ceiling, underneath their bedroom floor, until 10 PM.
