Need help am i discovered?!

Ok so my closet is being set up for a small tent for 4 plants. Theres wood frame in there, bags of stuff, aluminum flexible ducting, and some jiffy pots. My room is currently a mess because I am cleaning it. So i have clothes everywhere.

Last night I had a small get together of friends over, and kept everyone outside. Towards end of night we started going in and I was really baked. So im inside and next thing i see iis my friend coming down the stairs. I go to him and said "why were you upstairs?" "cause I was looking for a shirt to walk home in" "whered you get that" "your room" "ohh" (in a kinda pissed off voice) and i think i went white or something cause i thought he found it. He took a shirt that was right on top of my bed in front of him. I dont know what look on my face but i felt like i just had a stroke (cause i didnt know if he found it)

Then I think i said like "where did you find that? "in your room", then i said "but where exactly or something" he said my bed right on top"and hes like "are you ok? Did i like see something I wasn't supposed to or something cause you look like cracked out? I said no i just couldnt find that shirt before and he said o well it was just on top. and laughed and that was it. He didnt seem to have seen it but hes also a decent liar.

Know ive known this kid since elementary school (im 20 now) although weve never really been close he is best friends with one of my best friends.

Ive spent over 400 bucks on this and countless hours setting up and planning it.

What do you guy think? Should I scrap it? Should i ask him and tell only him (hes good with secrets)? Should I try to ask him without asking him? I am almost in tears to think about scrapping my hours of work and hundreds of dollars of cash for nothing not to mention the fact that its so unknown its frustrating AS HELL!

I was thinking of asking if he took any money from my closet, and saying I had money in there and I thought im missing some and one of my doors was just very slightly open (like just before being closed) and hes the only one that went up there.

I wouldn't accuse him of stealing. I think I would ask hey man what did you think of my set up???? hopefully he says what set up? Then I would say in my room man. Then hopefully he says no what are you talking about? Then I would just make up some bs like well thats where I'm gonna be banging chicks or had an xbox set up in there. Just something so he doesn't get curious about what you were talking about.

If he's your friend what does it matter? If you have friends who go snooping through your room then you should rethink having that person over your house.

If you are worried about someone finding your grow then you need to not have so many people over your house that you can't keep an eye on everyone.

I wouldn't bring it up to him again, don't ask don't tell.

Capitate is so right.you are off to a horrible start especially if you know this kid as "good liar".there really are a whole bunch of option you have.like talk to your friend to talk to him,disinformation,start elsewhere what ever you do be sure that situation is handle before u start your girls.if u almost in tears just for the time n planning than just wait till they are on wk 7 or 8 and somebody run in and take em.if u have that doubt odd are itll happen.I made those mistakes when I was 20 too.no more party's and trust no one!!

Alright let's be realistic hear, I don't think anyone here has a closet big enough to keep a lion, but realisticly, here's a few things I can tell you for sure to make life a royal bitch on woodbe theives. First off, SECOND FLOOR! Do it upstares not down, KEEP YOUR WINDOWS LOCKED! If not upstares, ALWAYS the downstares windows, doors, all the time, keep em locked. And if you are on a second floor, and there's a slightly accesible porch or w/e, go to the home despot, grab a bunch of caulking, lay it on some cardboard nice and thick, now, break a ton of glass bottles and cover the epoxy with the brocken glass, let it dry. Once its dried it should be clear, pull the whole thing on any railings, ledges, w/e somone might use to climb inside, it'll keep the most determined people out. Iv got a lot of knowledge on gheto security techniques, and if you want some more of these methods just shoot me a message, I don't promote active violence, but idgaf if somone loses an arm coming after my shit

damn you guys have some shady ass friends though. Maybe its the wisdom brought on through age but I would never even let someone that would contemplate an act of violence or theft on my property.
And this is a true statement whether I am growing, holding or neither.

Maybe I'm paranoid but prison sucks ass and I think some are to quick to give strangers the friend label. To me a true friend is one step below blood. In that respect they are treated as if they were blood.

Only 3 people know my grow exists.. One I've known for almost 15years and I see more frequently than family. He's blood. And he's safe. Even though he told his GF that I've never met..
