Are you a follower or a leader?

well blades, which one are ya? do you follow other peoples ideas and follow the ambitions of brilliant individuals and listen to all advice or do you just make your own path figure out life through trial and error.

I do my own thing and don't care about what anyone else thinks. I follow my heart and my soul and put it in to what I do in life.

why isnt there a neither/both choice?
i dont 'lead' by definition but i surely dont follow others just because...

I didn't take the poll because I am both. With some of my friends I lead the conversation and plans. With other friends I just chill and let them work it out and just follow what they plan. But of course I say something when I don't like what we are doing. All in all though... I am a leader. I like to take charge and if something needs to get done, I get it done. If you want something done right you have to do it yourself. So I tend to just step up to the plate and get my shit done.

I put myself on the path I want to Be. Most of the things iv done, IV done for MYSELF. One of the only people that's ever led me was my mom, and I appreciate her great leadership skills that put me on the right path. Thanks mom!

Yea ya know I could def say I'm a lil bit of both but I know for a fact that if I asked any of my peoplez they'd say that I'm a leader:laughing: I get alot of love and people like to be around me and follow me, maybe I just bring that good energy who knowz lol

The question should really be, are you a successful leader or not? And what do you have to back that up....many people think just because they lead their own lives they are leaders, not the case, everyone is a leader in that sense. A leader truly does and others follow, you set by example and people follow you, not just by following one action, but an entire sequence of actions. Great leaders, are also not known to care or even know they are leading anything.

I'm a follower. I much rather help other people with the decisions that they make, and work from the background. I get so jazzed when people become passionate about something that all I want to do is make sure that they feel confident about their choices, and see what comes out the other side.

I don't particularly care to lead, except when everyone else involved is just as reluctant. Then I'll set an example to stir others to action, and I can ease up.

I am sort of like this. Depending on what needs to be done, I will step up to the plate asap and make sure I get to do what I want to do (such as cleaning) while everyone else gets stuck with cleaning the toilets or some shit. It's hard to argue when you are the boss
