So far I know...
Colorado - has a few recreational options on the ballot for 2012 (amendment 64..etc.)
Washington - Initiative 502
Oregon - ? I feel like they were trying to do something too but I forget where I read that.
I can easily look up the current laws on medical marijuana, but I'm curious which new ones are going for legalization as well.
I realize that this is the point of this entire subforum, but I wanted to get it all clearly stated in a single spot (For my own personal benefit. Yes, I'm a lazy, selfish stoner. Come at me, brah)

Oregon is still collecting sigs, they turned in the minimum early so its looking very good that it'll get on the ballot
Hopefully WA, OR, and CO will all get it legalized!

Except South Carolina, which will secede from the US.

Hell, the non legalizing states just have to watch the weed tourism money pouring into the legalized states. And I suspect that crime rates and mental health statistics will show some pretty interesting results.
Couldn't agree more about all of this. I bet there will be a shocking amount of tourism over spring breaks and things, but more importantly, the mental health statistics will go crazy. I'm actually extremely excited to see what happens to the medical field in general.
