Still havent popped above soil yet, hoping by monday. Mataro blue didnt germinate yet, but it looks fat like it should pop open.

Temps good, humidity bad! I need a cool mist humidifier I think. Light proof now, running 18/6.

Whatcha think?

Sweet setup and good luck. I get humidity issues but like you its usually low. I out some cups or empty bottles with tap water to evaporate and my humidity has been more stable dropping to the upper 30's at lowest. I change the water every couple of days. The hps light I put in dry's out the box more than the cfl's I was using before.

Nice grow cab man, looks really well thought out. You should go the extra mile and get some mylar up on those walls, then it would be super legit

Was going to give it a couple coats of flat white paint I already have but it would smell and hold me back a few days to dry.

Green Poison popped above soil, AK48 might not have made it if she doesnt pop above soil in a couple days? I dont know but the germinated bean looked a bit weak compared to the GP.

Mataro Blue still thinking about germinating, and now Kannabias La Blanca was thrown into the germination tupperware too.

I'd give it up to another week, sometimes they're super late to the party. Just keep things warm and moist, I think she'll eventually pop for you. Damn, that sounded kind of sexual...

Cool beans! Finaly someone else who uses one of these. I have the 400 watt unit in my cabinet, and they arnt bad litttle units (especialy when its 80 bucks)... How's the temps doing? Heat is the only problem I have.

What kind of exaust fan are you using?

Its a cool cheap light, but the enclosed ballast I hate. Its get hot, would have rather a remote ballast light but I got the light used and a 117 cfm fantech for like $110-120, cant complain.

the heat from the lamp will shorten the life of the ballast.

I was thinking about taking the ballast out and putting it in another box, and extending the wires... But it seems like a bit of work, and I'm not too electricly enclined... We'll see how bored I get though...

I forgot to answer your question, Im using a 200cfm fan for the scrubber/ventilation from ebay called an EAP200 or something. Im using an 80cfm booster fan at an attempt to "air cool" the hood but the tapes already looking like its lifting..so Im worried the stink may get out.



Hopin the AK makes it! Seed/tap root looked a bit more yellow than I like seeing. Mataro Blue AND La blanca- hopin theyre germed and planted by Monday!

Any word on a sprout today? And did you do the ole' paper towel germinating trick?

And 99 cents for a 2 liter of rc cola?? Nice deal. And the bottles make great pots afterwards!

Vortex sounds good. Only sprout is the GP still! I should have germed em a week earlier! Im using the paper towel method inside a tupperware. HAHA @ RC cola. lol

AK48 and Mataro Blue I gave up on. GP is doing good, kind of stretching. Have a few bag seeds germed and planted. And still hoping the La Blanca pops up. ALSO- threw in a Barneys Farm Blue Cheese in the germ tupperware because I was getting so irritated at my germination rate. If the bag seeds are even females they might go towards some BHO if they're not up to par. So green poison, hopefuly la blanca & blue cheese- and a few bagseeds.
