Well here it is kids. I'm taking the easy route this year. I amending my soil with worm castings and compost and some myco. 15 gallon smart pots with 15lbs of ewc and a quarter bag of compost . So far i've got 4 girls in the ground 2 sweet tooths and 2 sensi stars. I won't be running more then six this year. I want to expend all my energy on just a few.

haha oh I see what you did there. Sorry I'm a lil young to be a Grateful Dead fan, didn't know anyone of them still toured. Got an LSD I wanna try out myself.

Yep those geezers are still touring. On another note I harvested a LSD last year nice smoke had a lemony pine smell. Wasn't the largest harvest but I believe that that was user error. Also I lost minimal amounts to rot.

Good luck Firehose. I know you'll rock it well.

Wish I still had my old bus with skylights, louvered windows, and sink... a very rare breed. Hope the crusher didn't get her. She was my little home for a couple years. GJs

PS. There's a compilation doc associated with Ken Kesey rolling around out there somewhere that has clips from the first Furthur's epic journey to NYC from the west coast. Those guys, if still living, showed us all a thing or 2 about breaking free. It's worth searching fur!

GJs thanks for stopping in. I'll stop in on your journal sometime this week. " I'm too young to be a beatnik and too old to be a hippie" quote from Ken Kesey. I'll have an update some time this week also, but as of now i'm starting to get ready for a dark star orchestra show and I think the wailers will be jamming with them too.

Sounds like a good time. All of those folks come through here or Asheville when they're in the SE. Sorry Firehose, but no journal. I share my summer with friends though, mind if I throw up some pics occasionally? I have 15 Pandora autos that are finishing up their first week outside; plus 6 Sour60 auto girls, and 5 Sweet Tooth autos. Plus some other stuff too.... Busy summer in the briar patch for old GJs.

All auto's? Why of course you can do as you wish cause there ain't much action going on here at the moment. Had a great time at show see all my old buddies. DSO did a great shakedown st. The woman just couldn't stop moving, but the heat and booze got the best of me. Time for a little cook out at my mothers. Take it easy.

Sounds like a good time Firehose. Have fun at your mom's. Family holidays are the best.

The first round will be autos. Round 2 will be a mix of 4 or 5 full season plants. They're germing right now. The one I have the most hope ridin on is TGA Agent Orange. I went 5/5 on the germ with them. They popped right up out of the peat cell. I have a SAGE and Sour D cross that is a favorite and she's my work horse too. I have a few of those started too.

See you soon Bro. GJs

Just a little update. All appears well in "frogwood". Next time out I will be spraying pyrethrins on my plants and the surrounding foliage. I can see tell tale signs of whiteflies getting ready to suckle on my girls. The 2 in front are sweet tooths and the back 2 are sensi stars. one of the sensi's seems to be dwarfed but she'll pulls through and be a monster I hope. Also gave my first feeding of FF grow and and top dressed with super tea mix by the guano company.

UPDATE! so anyway I've been very lazy this summer lots of work and too much drinking. All seems well at the plot whiteflies were doing there jobs as usual but hopefully the pyrethrins will send them on a lil trip. So last year if anyone remembers I ran across an old fire hydrant.. I know my damn user name is firehose. well anyway it came loose and yes it is an illegal godsend approximately and 1/8 mile or so from plot. Water came out rusty at first but a few mins later is was clear and smelled clean. Still haven't topped any of the girls.. i know i should of but what the hay. Thats what it is, I'll be updating a lil more regularly. Stay safe my friends.
