I'd either eat and let it digest more before going to bed or give myself more time before waking up.
My friend on the other hand would gag in the mornings because he'd smoke cigarettes.
I'd also like to add that we're both blunt smokers so idk if that factors.

This used to happen to me and my friend. For me it was because I would wait till late at night after my parents went to sleep and I would get stoned and pig out. I'd go to bed and wake up early for High school and the food probably wouldn't be completely digested. I'd either smoke or try to wait it out/take a shit. Some weeks I'd puke every morning.

Thats what I was gonna say! Cut down on the munchies at night and avoid killing 3 glasses of milk too! Not good for the pooper...youll be on the "pot" all morning.....then you will be going to the store for some TUCKS....lol

For me, it's because of allergies, I swallow phlegm all night and then puke in the morning and sometimes if I don't smoke soon enough it turns into dry heaves, those suck balls!

This happens to me and is one of the reasons I qualified for my medical card.

Im not positive but i dont think that is allergies. When you smoke before bed you are increasing the amount of phlegm your lungs and throat create, you are getting this feeling from gas in your stomach created by all this mucus/phlegm. You say your eating healthier, and started working out but that doesn't help? Well how much better are you actually eating? And are you just half assing your work outs? How's ur sleep regime? This used to happen to me but after changing my diet, working out, cutting down to smoking 3-4 bowls a day, never right before bed, and getting more sleep it has began to go away.
How healthy are you? What is your height/weight/bf%?
