So sometimes I wake up in the morning and feel pretty sick to my stomach. I can usually counter these feelings with a wake and bake sesh and some water, but sometimes I end up throwing up a lot. I have no idea what is causing this. I smoke everyday and sometimes I drink the night before, but often not much. Last night I only had 4 or 5 beers max and woke up feeling fine but then it just hit me. I don't know what to attribute this to. I have been eating better/more and staying hydrated and I even started exercising to but nothing works.

i used to get that, but it was due to severe anxiety and morning panic attacks
have you been stressed or anything of the sort lately?
before going to a doctor i would try cutting down on alcohol as much as possible just to see if that is it, if not, doctor

The only times I had that were from anxiety, and when I was pregnant... I would see a doctor...

This used to happen to me and my friend. For me it was because I would wait till late at night after my parents went to sleep and I would get stoned and pig out. I'd go to bed and wake up early for High school and the food probably wouldn't be completely digested. I'd either smoke or try to wait it out/take a shit. Some weeks I'd puke every morning.

I'd either eat and let it digest more before going to bed or give myself more time before waking up.

My friend on the other hand would gag in the mornings because he'd smoke cigarettes.

I'd also like to add that we're both blunt smokers so idk if that factors.

This happens to me and is one of the reasons I qualified for my medical card.:D

For me, it's because of allergies, I swallow phlegm all night and then puke in the morning and sometimes if I don't smoke soon enough it turns into dry heaves, those suck balls!:P

Im not positive but i dont think that is allergies. When you smoke before bed you are increasing the amount of phlegm your lungs and throat create, you are getting this feeling from gas in your stomach created by all this mucus/phlegm. You say your eating healthier, and started working out but that doesn't help? Well how much better are you actually eating? And are you just half assing your work outs? How's ur sleep regime? This used to happen to me but after changing my diet, working out, cutting down to smoking 3-4 bowls a day, never right before bed, and getting more sleep it has began to go away.

How healthy are you? What is your height/weight/bf%?

I have not been smoking for a week and the morning sickness still persisted. I have been trying to eat better coupled with my daily excersise. Recently I have not been throwing up, just feeling ill for an hour or so. I'm doing what I can. I also have had a lot of anxiety lately due to a recent breakup and some people think that may be one of the causes. I just think I need to get back on a daily routine, which will happen when I start work. I'm a very routine oriented person, something about a routine is very relaxing and calming to me.

You should visit a physician, and maintain hydrated. And let him know of any some other symptoms you're having besides vomiting, if any.

I have a stomach ulcer andMy first symptom was pain in stomach in morning, sometimes dry heaving. Especially when I'd have a cig b/c that irritates it more.

If you're vomitting every morning or often, you need to see a physician or nurse practitioner. They need to physically see you and speak to you to get a bigger picture of your problem to determine what's causing it.

All these people tossing out conditions will not help.

I have this problem too but a little less extreme. I have mild acid reflux and back in the high school days the anxiety of school in the morning with my reflux made it hard for me to eat or even brush my teeth without feeling like being sick.
