Will fritatta(sp) cover firecracker smell?

    If not it's too late anyway, but in the start of the baking of said firecracker, I sautéed some onions and bacon in butter with a little garlic and black pepper. After reaching sufficient caramelization, I cracked 3 eggs in the pan, seasoned with cayenne, gharam masala, and chile powder. Hope I'm good! Blunt smoke has inhibited my olfactorial capabilities to the point of invalid conclusions help me out guys. Whatdya think?!

    Edit- I also topped with mozzarella and extra sharp cheddar!

    Both delicious! No garnish cause I couldn't sneak out to grab some lemon thyme without arousing suspicion. Here's the fritatta
