Why do you support Romney?

For every position he has, there's video evidence of him taking the exact opposite position. Pro-life? Um...he's also pro-choice.
Traditional marriage? Um...his family emigrated to Mexico to live in a polygamist commune.
Health Care? Um...Obamacare is a ripoff of Romneycare.

The guy is a douche, plain and simple. If you think Obama's an empty suit, Romney is 10x that. He's born into the Purple and has been groomed to be President since birth.

I personally am supporting Gary Johnson in this election (I live in California, my vote doesn't matter anyway) but it's shocking to me that ANYONE can support Romney. Seriously, does anyone here actually support him? If so, WHY?

Guess that answers my question...nobody likes Romney, they just hate Obama.

Gary Johnson wouldn't be a wasted vote in a perfect world, but unfortunately our system is retarded and only two people have a chance. GJ is the best candidate (and was the best GOP candidate) but receives no mainsteam attention. He's lucky to get 5%, more likely to get about 2%.

Even Mitt Romney barely supports Mitt Romney. Enthusiasm for Romney is very low, even among the GOP base. It's almost universally accepted that he will say anything to get elected even if it contradicts something he said earlier. Everyone knows he's a comically out of touch rich guy trying to pretend like he's a regular working class American. In the words of Jon Stewart, Rick Santorum is the guy that Mitt Romney is pretending to be.

You're quite unlikely to find any actual Romney supporters here. I saw one once in real life but even he seemed ashamed to be supporting Willard.

In Arizona he pulled 88% of the Mormon vote, but the only state Ive ever met more than one Mormon family in was Utah.
