Heres some pics of my latest grow. She's a clone I took about 6 weeks ago from a friends mother plant. She's under a 600watt hps with large seagull shade, I'm about 4 weeks into her 18/6 cycle and have just transplanted into 30 liters of pure coco, prob another week and I'll switch to 12/12. I'm feeding her cannas hydro coco a+b and will add canna pk around week 6 of bud. Enjoy

looking good from what i can see

next time, try taking some pictures when the lights are off

sounds like your on the right track

its refreshing to see a beginner (i say beginner b/c you have 13 posts) using just the basic A & B nutrient with only one additive

how many ml's of a&b are you using per gallon?

whats your Ph and E.C/Ppm?

i know alot of guys dont run over 10ml a and 10ml b

Um I'm using around 4 ml per liter at moment, which is roughly 12ml per gallon, sounds like a lot but I aim for my EC to be 1.4 higher than that of my tap water (as recommended on bottle) , which is around 0.2-0.4 before I add nutes so I end up with an EC around 1.6-1.8, PPM around 1260 and always maintain a ph level around 6.

I've never used Canna Coco nutes, I do use their coco..Good stuff(IMO)..As stated above, and from what I've read, most feed at 8-10 ml/gal A & B..However, no schedule is better than reading the plants and providing what they tell ya eh!.Looking good!..

So now day 5 into her 12/12 cycle, everything seems good for now have started adding super thrive b vitamins @ 1ml per gallon with every second feed.

Woohoo day 14 and starting to get some flower formation!! still keeping same feeding regime but have dropped ph from 6 to 5.8. Here's some pics I took today.....

what are you feeding them currently?

im about a week in on a table full of plants and im running 10ml A, 10ml B, 5ml rhizo, 3ml ca/mg. ill start using the pk 13/14 around week 3 or 4

ive been debating on using it for more than 1 week like the label suggests

maybe weeks 4-6

Thanks bro, at the moment I'm feeding them around 3.5 ml per liter I only make up 8 liters at a time in a watering can as I hand water, I'm also adding 1ml per gallon of super thrive every second feed. As for the ok 13-14 I will add that for week only around week 5 or 6 , I've never felt I've needed to use it for longer than a week. I always see impressive results about a week or so after using it. :)

Oh also every third feed or so(when I remember lol) I make up a half strength solution and flush it through to try and stop any salt build up ect my runoff EC hovers between 1.6-1.4

Looking good man. I too am from NZ, good to see others from NZ rocking the coco. That canna sure is good shit for veg, never used it for flower tho. Can't use it at all now as the shop i used to buy it from closed down :(

Cheers mate!! Yeah I love coco man, I used to swear by perlite but after my first go at coco I was hooked! It's just such a nice medium to work with. The canna coco nutes you just use the same two bottles of a+b the whole way through, you just increase the amount as you go along and yeah it's great stuff man no need for calmag or anything. You can get it off eBay or online hydo stores if you can't get it locally.

you dont use any cal/mag?

are you using tap water?

i use RO that comes out at 34ppm (.5 scale) so i have to add about 3ml/gal of cal/mag to get my ppm up to 200ish (+-)
