Trichomes on plants still in veg?

  1. I have two green ribbons a white russian and a gdp. All about 2 months old. I have them outside in 5 gallon organic grow bags. I have been bringing them in under a 250 watt hps at night so they are receiving about 18 hours of light. Give or take. But they have some pre flowers and are starting to produce a decent amount of trichs on the fan leaves. Just wondered if some one had seen this before or if someone had an explanation.

  2. They are probably reaching the more mature stage in there life, and are beggining the pre-flowering/flowering stage in a way.

  3. Just be glad..that's awesome..good genetics. Even preflowering they start to trich up..that's nice. I had some white widow that was amazing like that

  4. i had this happen to me when i took a clone from a flowering plant like 2 weeks into flower. the clones took longer to root and when they did they grew into a mutated version of a bud the pistils stop growing but the bud leaf kept growing and still was making trichomes this continued for a week and a half and then the plant turned into a normal plant but the lowest leaf still have trichomes.

  5. had an autoflower that was in veg checked 2 days later and the thc glands 'crystals' were on the leaves
