Solar pond pump

Would a solar some pump have enough power for a custom outdoor underground set up using a hand made set up and the sun?

Depending on your flow and the pump sure. I've been wanting a solar powered rain barrel water pump for awhile, they have them matched for that purpose. Otherwise you will need to match the pump to the panel output unless you do a battery setup in conjunction.
