I mixed 1 cubic foot of perlite with 1 cubic food of manure, 2 cubic feet of bag soil, and about 3/4 of a cubic foot of native soil

I couldn't tell you... but for some advice if you need advice I wouldn't mix your own soil. Foxfarm Ocean Forest soil

You can mix your own medium if you wish, and I find that extra perlite can't really hurt ya. I like to have a nice airy mix.

With very rough math, that should be around 20% perlite, youll be fine. As long as your soil still has good moisture retention extra perlite doesnt hurt. If you do get just a little too much, it just means you may have to water more often.
I amend my ffof with about 15% or so of perlite. After a few grows you can eyeball it and know how its going to drain for you.
