Joint Rolling Methods?

I know there are many ways of rolling a joint but there's not one I've just mastered yet Any suggestions?
Any suggestions?

Besides the stickied thread, here's how I do it.
Grind up your bud.
Put whatever amount on the paper (sticky up!)
Pick up the paper if you haven't already. (Should be a U shape)
Roll the bud down into a cylinder.
Roll the paper all the way down until you can just barely see your bud inside.
Using your thumbs, try tucking the paper in at the middle, and then thin it out.
Wallah! Lick it and finish up your roll
*optional* pack the bud in and add some more(usually I use the bottom of a pen or a nail)
Also, you can add a crutch/filter so you don't inhale any bud.
