Hello he-tokers and she-tokers, First of all allow me to introduce myself. I am Zenzao, farmer and full melt hash enthusiast. I do not grow for money. All my life I have grown plants. Even as a very young child I would walk around the garden with cuttings from trees, seeds or seedlings, sticking them in the ground with gay abandon until something grew. I have dedicated myself to growing a huge variety of strains from seed, noting the ones I like and keeping a mother on hand for clones. I hope to travel to country's like Afghanistan, Turkey, India, and nepal in search of, for lack of a better term, grass root style plants. I wish to breed my own strains eventually. This will be my first grow after quite a while(having only recently moved here from over seas). I am still gathering the equipment and funds I will need but it should be a very professional grow capable of producing fantastic flowers. I am all about Quality over Quantity (although like every other smoker out there I get excited at the thought of an OZ cola ). SO, my equipment... 1) 1 4/4/6.5 Grow tent 2) 1 600/W Digital ballast, HPS 3) 1 vortex inline fan 4" with muffler, carbon filter and 10 feet of ducting 4) Monitoring equipment such as PH testers, Thermometers, ect 5) SCROG screen for flowering 6) heated peat moss pellet cloning mini greenhouse There are shelves for mushroom cultures, but this is Grasscity, not fungustown Anyway the term Dark Room came from my passion for film photography. I develop my own photos in my universities dark room, however it provided a perfect title for the new tent not to mention explaining things like the ducting, inline fan, light proof room ect. Time Wreck Phenotypes: Equal mix of both parents has been passed along Height: Tall with a medium stretch at onset of 12/12 Yield: Medium Sativa/Indica: 70/30 Hybrid: TGA Blood Wreck X Apollo-13 X Space Queen High type: Strong, intense, very powerful, can cause confusion and paranoia Smells: Lemon, Lime, Sandalwood, Pear or Kiwi - an undertone of sour fruit according to smoke reports, this strain is even harder hitting than Chernobyl. This cross is a mix of two legendary strains; the LA known for a slow veg, modest yield, and Great Powerful flavor; and, the X-18 known for stretching in the first month only to slow down and finish pungent and blueish with her buds dense and rock hard. The mix of the two provides a quick vegging, early finishing strain having dark green buds with blueish rock hard nugs incrusted in crystals. Average yields for the Tora Bora make her a great plant for small as well as large gardens. LA & X18 are strong medical herbs and both have a history of relieving pain and helping patients with insomnia. Altogether, the Tora Bora is the knock out!! A must for any one who considers themselves a "heavy" or "high tolerant" smoker! got my room set up, using Fluro for Veg using 4 T5 grotek balists so thats a total of 8 T5 bulbs. 2500 lumins a bulb x 8 = 20000 Lumins . The only Tomato seed I cracked (one in a bag from the market, and FANTASTIC tomatos by the way) grew really well until I think I over watered it . Anyway my next fantastic Idea was to transplant it. So now its fallen over all together and very yellow... Anyway if it fails so be it, next try will be better. Pics commin soon
