I was lookin on a bong here on GrassCity store, it says Joint Size: 18.8 mm > 18.8 mm
so if i wanted to buy some precooler and/or perc, should i find stuff less than 18.8mm or above 18.8mm. with other words, what does 18.8 mm > 18.8 mm mean

it means that the intake joint for the bong is 18.8mm and the bowl joint is also 18.8mm, as opposed to some bongs which have a 14mm downstem joint and then an 18 or a 14 bowl joint.

or an 18 > 14.. there are also 29mm bongs but very few companies use that size. you'd typically see 29 > 18 or 29 > 29 of that variety, meaning 29mm downstem joint, 18 or 29mm bowl joint

i had same problem, i think it means that the stem is 18.8mm wide and your slide is aswell, so if you would like to buy a pre cooler you would need an 18.8 joint to fit into the downstem and your slide should fit into the downstem of precooler, so in short, 18.8 precooler is what you want. I THINK, i have 18.8>14.5 so diff for me
