Bought some beans from them on April 7th shipping was quoted to take 7-14 days. Was sgipped on the 11th, its now the 26th. Should I be worried?

Its hard to say, Some seed banks have great customer service, Others are extremely shady. Considering, Whats being shipped. its hard to say, considering we dont know what methods they use. I would contact them. Hope your shipping to a safe location, Not your grow location. I personally have waited 9 days over estimated shipping date. A quick email or call to calm your nerves never hurt:) GL Stay safe
