I saw him once at a small venue...I was in the front row...literally 2 feet or so from the stage...when he came to interact with the crowd, I shook his hand... Alright...maybe kinda school girl like, but I though it was cool...

At the time I was obsessed and they put on a great live show! Haha also forgot to add Taking Back Sunday, Saosin, and UnderOath. I'm seriously obsessed with live music.
Damn some of these lists are impressive. I have only been to two live shows, both in small venues, because it's difficult to pay for concerts working as a part time potwash, and living in some backwards industrial town in Yorkshire. I saw Chali 2na (of Jurassic 5) [ame="http://vimeo.com/21448845"]http://vimeo.com/21448845[/ame] and Jehst and both absolutely smashed it. Ended up in my first proper cypher outside the Jehst show as well which was a pretty awesome experience. The list will have gone up to 3 by next Wednesday after I head to the big smoke to see the Hilltop Hoods. Hopefully the day will soon come in which I have a list as long if not longer than the ones on here.
I only go to really small shows featuring local bands. If there's more than 50 people there, then its gay.
Because its expensive and the bands that play huge shows are either mainstream or sell-outs, so fuck that. Small, local shows is where its at; just an all around much better environment. Occasionally I'll go to a "medium" sized show of a couple hundred people maybe, but the shows around my area are usually shit anyways. So I just prefer to stay local.
