I got a court date coming up in just over a month and I need a bit of help.

Was thinking about threatening this guy across the courtroom. So he knows not to fuck with me again.

The guy and a few of his mates jumped me and my mate from behind like a bunch of cowards a couple months ago. Didn't get badly messed up. Defended myself pretty good. Only had a cut above my eye. Me and my mate aren't didn't even pressing charges cause we don't fuck with police.
But they jumped some other guys and they are pressing. So now me and my mate are both witnesses.

So in court was thinking of telling him if I see him again me and my mates will fuck him up.

What you can do is make it over dramatic and sell the guy as a horrible human being and a coward. Disgrace his character as much as possible but within reason. Dont go all out to curse his name but just act like a fag and over tell the story.
