I'm really wanting to smoke tonight. It's 11:50 where I am now and I don't have school tomorrow. The only thing is that I have a track meet tomorrow at 5ish. I'm running a 200m and a 400m.
I have some really good stuff and I'm kinda afraid that I'll still be feeling the effects during the meet.
Is it safe to run? Even if I am feeling some of the effects, will the "hangover" effects drastically hinder my sprinting abilities?

I've never experienced any negative hangover effect from weed. No matter how strong of weed it is, you should be fine.

You will be fine.
Also, i was a 100,200, 4x1, 4x2 and long jumper in track. Weed WILL NOT affect you in a negative way, even if you go blazed. My concentration was always up and i tried harder.

Short distance shouldn't be too affected. You should be fine, I used to smoke before running a 5k CC meet and I ran the 3200m, 1600m, and 800m high as all fucking hell. Though it did effect my pole-vaulting, that shit was too complex for me to do stoned. Running though is great high/stoned though, because all I needed to know was to catch the next person in front and I could easily do that zoned. I just set a pace a few notches faster than my comfort zone and totally forget about the world and kept running. One of the few things I miss about HS.
