Personally if your diet is in check the only supplements i would recommend are fish oil and a good multivitamin.

I know guys who have gotten HUGE off that stuff.
Whey protein powder/casein protein powder.
I take this stuff and it helps me get my protein in, build muscle, and help recovery. Definitely works.
Pre-workout supplements.
I've taken NOXplode and Juggernaut and both absolutely work. They both gave me a huge boost of energy during workouts allowing me to lift harder and longer in my sessions.
Basically, I know a lot of supplements work. If not, they wouldn't be used by bodybuilders and weightlifters around the world.
Of course this skinny little weak bitch is going to try to knock supplements. He probably can't even bench press 75 pounds hahahahaha
Also.... people don't necessarily need any supplements to get big or gain muscle, but they absolutely work for the most part. If you train hard and are eating the right diet, you don't need any supplements.
I would say supplements are like kief, you don't necessarily need to get it off the bottom of the grinder to get you high, just the regular nugs will do, but it's an added bonus that definitely takes you over the top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't body build, but I have been kickboxing competitively for the past three years. I've used a fair amount of pre-workout supplements and shroomtech sport has been the most effective for me. Definitely worth checking out if any of you are exercising intensely or compete in some sport, it's always given me a huge boost once I start to feel worn out. Check it! (and yeah if you use coupon code: SENTIENT, it'll be 10% off. trying to get sponsored by these guys!)
EDIT: Yes, you can take shroomtech alongside supplements like JACK3D.

Why? If your getting everything you need with a healthy diet, then ur just pissing most of those vitamins away. I still take one cus I don't eat enough veggies
