growing to slow whats wrong?

    hey my plants are doing well but it seems to me they are to small. this is my first grow and my plants are about 1.5 feet tall and flowering i live in b.c. does this seem right to you?

    i'm from bc too and my plants are growing slow too...


    but thats 'cause they're shaded, and I nute burned them....


    but.... weird flowering at this time? not right


    I wunder if liike a day is supose to be 18 hrs sun, but its only like 12 'caue of harsh shade would make em flower
