This is the second time in the past month I have felt this way. I feel nearly all the symptoms of depersonalization.. I know I shouldn't self-diagnose myself, but I'm really hoping that is what it is, rather than something I should be worried about. This is a scary experience you guys, I hope you never have to feel this way. It's only been a few hours since the onset, I just hope it goes away again.
Has anyone else had experience with this before?

yep. both derealization and depersonalization. since i was about 10
supposedly its a symptom of anxiety, like your mind hates your world/reality so it purposefully separates yourself from it
go after what you want in life. thats the best advice i can give you to help rid you of it
then again sometimes i like it and like listen to radiohead while feeling it haha
