I watched his recent appearance on JRE. Those dudes click so well. I like their conversations. Stefan always brings some good stuff to the table wherever he goes.
^ It was a decent video. All it really shows is how many different countries, and even different power groups in Ukraine, are all "loaning" money to different groups of the opposition, and even to the government, to serve their special interests.
Great video indeed. I hate it when people of color claim that they can't be racist towards a white person because white people are "privileged." So ignorant.
If you ask me, the only color with any privilege in the US today is green. I actually knew nothing about the forced slave patrols until I saw that video. Crazy stuff
I just think it's funny how everyone focuses on the US's slavery period and not all of the other countries and cultures who had their own too. It's hypocrisy. I'm not Pro-America by any means but get your facts right like fuck..
That's a very good point. It might help that the US government can still be twisted to appear as the 'good guys' by banning slavery, albeit in a quite a bloody manner. Or that no other countries had a civil war to end it? Or maybe it's just the US-centric history taught in public schools, and some people truly don't even comprehend that the US was far from the only participant in slavery. I don't know. The take on history (especially on that topic) that we're taught is so skewed, it's not surprising.
Has anybody picked up on the fact that Molyneux has tried to become semi mainstream. He use to condemn Ron Paul for not being libertarian enough but now he is singing the praises of Rand Paul? I think its interesting.
Link? Haven't been watching him as closely as I used to, but he seems to be on point most of the times I watch his "Truth about..." videos.
This. History is white-washed/distorted to preserve patriotic bias and national pride. This kind of indoctrination is necessary to raise up individuals who will defend and justify their government's will out of some kind of emotional obligation. This also makes overcoming 'patriotic' double-think more difficult later on in life.
Maybe your looking too far into it. Im sure he agrees with ron paul on a lot pf things Sent from my LG-E739 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
its much harder when youre an actual member of the armed forces, and you see that what you do is wrong but because its so hard to be the one who speaks out when everyone is a 'yes' man, and youre looked down if you question your superiors, basically the view gets so fucking distorted because these scumbags are great at brain washing humans minds, that you tell your self to look away, to stop asking these questions, eventually the cognitive dissonance becomes so overwhelming that you either snap at others, or you kill your self, hence the alarming huge suicide rate among the armed forces. They all talk of honour and courage but the hypocrisy is stunning. Thats why I have huge respect for those that spoke at the winter soldier hearings; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6iLoXIpJFQ No they fucking hate us for our freedoms, that fucking must be it.
