Very Slow Growth

  1. I have a bunch of clones that have been in the ground for about a month now and they just dofn't seem to be growing fast at all the tallest one I have is about a foot maybe a bit bigger. They get plenty of direct sunlight I tested the soil and the ph is fine, used potting soil, give them 10-15-10 liquid drop plant food every few days, water them everyday... what else could be wrong? here is a pic of one of my smallest ones it should be way bigger having been in the ground for a month and the other ones should be like at least 4 feet tall.

Also notice the eaten leaf there I don't have to worry much about that right its not worth spraying the plants if a few leaves are nibbled like that?

  2. you may be watering and fert too often

  3. i can't see how I can be over fertilizing I use like 12 drops per 12 liters of water and i have a little drip system where i stick a shred of cloth into a bottle filled with water and it slowly wicks water to the soil so one side is damp and the other is dry and it is very hot here in b.c. so everything dries up pretty quick i have to water everyday and the 2 liter bottles only last like 2 days.

  4. But people who know FA wil tell you that. I would not even pretend to tell you what is wrong with your plant simply by listening to a verbal description.

  5. I don't know if this will help or just make you feel better but I had 1 plant(out of seven )that seemed to not grow very fast at all, I mean it was half the size of the others, but now it has caught up wiht them, so I mean it might just be they r developing slowly, and they will grow some more???? I have no clue but like I said I had a plant just sleeping for a month and then boom it was just as big as the rest. Good luck though. JOE>

  6. U think it could be the bugs that are chewing the leafs that are making it grow slow or is that not enough damage on the plant.
