It really depends how mature she is. My buddy is 19, dating a 15 year old, and let me say it's fucking retarded. If the maturity gap is how it is with my buddy, it's fucking stupid.
I dated a 16 year old when I was 20; and as long as you don't go around spouting her age out at every opportunity no one will notice a thing. Given that she's mature looking, but I wouldn't recommend getting too attached to her. 16 year old girls don't know the value of anything and are irresponsible and are horrible at making decisions. That and girls that young fall in love every 5 minutes.
Its a little weird. Even though at 16 I was dating a 20 year old woman. Who cares anymore? Teens are going to do what they want. Just don't get caught or piss her off.
