Just ordered from Attitude, what happens if I'm caught?

As the title says, I just ordered from Attitude and I'm very paranoid right now. What could happen should feds find out I ordered cannabis seeds to my grow spot? I was high and didn't even think about it until I hit 'checkout'. Am I going to be in trouble?

thousands of people have companies like attitude and single seed centre send marijuana seeds to our country everyday.

Unites States Postal Service is federal, meaning if you are in a MMJ state or not, legal or not, buying seeds and having them ship it to you is illegal.

I have ordered 5 times now, gotten every shipment to my grow spot. Your being extremely paranoid for no reason.

If you just ordered you would be fine man. Police do searched for words like caught and paranoid on forums like this. You best be careful it isn't 100% but there is probability your local police department will be bashing on your door soon.

You have nothing to worry about. Attitude is ordered by many of Americans and others. They send it discreetly in a brown envelope that says gifts. Theres some crazy loop holes in the laws that allow you to own the seeds in some states but not grow them..if that makes any sense.

A couple of reasons why not to worry. In the long history of prosecuting for mail order stuff they generally punish the sender not the receiver. The sender is 100% guilty but in this case there in the EU and they dont give a shit. The receiver has a dozen reasons he can come up with..card was stolen, mail was stolen, nigerian internet scams etc. To hard to prosecute on that.

The worst that will happen is you get a letter from customs saying that they have something of yours. They send out a thousand of those notices a day so throw it out and forget about it.

If you do get caught though what will happen? You will sit in a room and cry while they destroy your life and make a example of you. You will be vilified in your local media. Then you will go to prison and spend the rest of your days as a sex toy for your bunk mate which might be ok since love knows no bounds. Good luck.

Yeah its no big deal, if they find it at customs, unless you ordered hundreds of seeds, they're just gonna toss it. Once I ordered from attitude, and for whatever reason, my postman turned off service to my mailbox a few days earlier (didn't deliver anymore because I didn't pick up my mail for a week because I was on vacation...fucking idiot) and then I saw in the tracking that it went to a dead letter office where the USPS literally opens your package to try to identify who you are and where the package should go or be returned to from the contents. I was scared shitless, but they never came after me for it. So either way, small amount, I think you're fine.

Hon, they will send you the "infamous green letter" which asks if you want to pick up your contraband. Since an enemy could have ordered the seeds and had them sent to your house, there is no way they can prove that you are the actual purchaser. (Credit card stolen, etc) And you are just one of a thousand letters they send out! Unless you are ordering enough seeds to grow a ton of pot, you are just too insignificant to bother with!

Hello everyone, I also worried about ordering seeds through the mail, but everything I have read on it, including a High Times Article, says the same thing. No one has been busted for seeds through the mail that I can find. Many sites including Nirvana and Dutchman and others all promise to send your order stealth.
Living in East Germany.....uh Kansas, I do fear the local cops as they don't seem ethical in their pursuit of "Justice". One thing they like to do is have signs on the freeway stating that there is a drug check ahead. Warns you to be ready to pull over and have a dog sniff your car!!! The wife and i was on a drive through the country, enjoying a hit or two and the scenery....We pulled onto the interstate for a couple of miles to catch a road going back home when we saw these signs...... My wife freaked and wanted me to turn around. But I knew that would be suspicious, plus our turn was right ahead.... I took the turn and on the side of the road there was a lot of flashing lights. The wife says turn the car, turn the car, but once again, i knew that would be the wrong move. As we pulled up to the flashing lights, i saw the police had pulled over a young couple and was searching their car. I drove on very slowly and had no issue, but I have to say my heart was racing!
When i got home i looked up on the internet about how can they do that? How can they search everybodies car?
Well, it appears they can't it is all a lie. They are waiting to see who pulls off, and then they follow them till they come up with a reason to pull them over and search them. So, the thing to do if you are driving through Kansas, and you see the signs of drug test ahead with dogs, ignore it, go the speed limit, and pass it by.....anyway, I will have to check outbuying seeds!
