Hey GC AYY!!

Ive been reading like a madman. I finally figured out the basics. I sprouted this seed and im just letting it do its thing.
My question to you guys is how long would I be able to keep my sproutlet in this coffe cup ?

I plan on updating this anytime I notice new growth. It will be a learning expierience for me. I think as long as I put it in a quality soil and make sure it gets water and nutrients ( a little confused) it should produce some decent smokeable nugz.

These are the two bags im looking at for my grow:

Fox Farm Ocean Forest Organic Potting Soil Mix

or

Fox Farm Original Planting Mix (Seemed most ideal to me )

A concentrated mix of organic and mineral components based around earthworm castings and bat guano. The finest planting medium for lush flower and vegetable gardens and is ready to use right out of the bag..

Unless you guys could recomend me something . Im just going to have a buddy drive me to a hydroponics store so as long as its affordable and good fire away. I was going to get a 12qrt bag

I saw the Fox Farm Nutrients and to buy all 3 would break my budget. Could you reccomend a single nutrient ?

Hell yeah dude, im in college now, but I used to live in SD :D
Best place to live in the universe dude haha :P

I would say week and a 1/2 to transplant.
Fox Farm is very good soil.
Are you planning on doing it indoors or outdoors?

This is my first update in 50 days. Let me say I planted this a bit to soon. It got hit with a hailstorm and looked dead. Was hit in like 2 hurricane storms in san diego hahhh.. it usually is all sunny ... thenn I went to transplant yesterday and bam somehow ripped alot of the roots. but it looks to have made it through the worst as the pics are recent . This plant must have some warrior ass genetics

its outdoors . about 5 hours of light. You bring a theory to my head. Is it possible that the dirt was so compact and tight that root growth was slowed down. The first pot it was in had very cheap dirt and native soil . I threw it in organics yesterday night and it already looks like its growing double the speed.

usually im good at transplanting and it comes out whole. it had barely any root growth for 50 days, which is why i think maybe the compacted soil played a role hmm,mmm

Will finally begin updates now that plant seems to be pulling back and possibly growng at full speed

I couldnt really tell ya im still on my 1st grow but i used about 4 gal of soil i found in the garage keptthem on an 18/6 light cycle and in 30 days they were around a foot tall. Then planted outside i guess thats why they grew like they did. Like i said im still new but i think your plants are going to need more than 5 hours of light a day

yea well im pretty sure it was getting enough light, but that dirt was poor and the conditions it had to undergo were bad. I think it was just always recovering and just when it healed a storm hit, and knocked it back. So now that it is sunny and cleAR i should be seeing the results.

Well it looks like the worst is finally over. It is begining to get over the past transplant shock, and actually grow at a normal speed. However it started to flower early. Im hoping it goes back to veg unless its an autoflower from bagseed ? I dont know maybe you guys would know if i could even get an autflower seed from a dank chronic nug?

Leaves are getting fatter. Looking alot healthier. Transplanted into a 3gallon for final.
The rootball looked like it was barely recovering new root growth. barely any roots for an almost 3 month plant.. but its coming along
