What are these balls at the node?? Are they going hermie or just pistols?

Okay so it's week 3 of flower and I just noticed this spot on one of my girls...3 ball looking things hoping they are just pistols developing, but not sure. LOOK AT PIC PLEASE...COMMENTS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED...I did however notice one other spot with just one of those balls, but it's hard to tell.

Take a few more pics at different locations to be sure... any other plants have it?

Thanks for the fast replies. I just cut her down last night. I have one other girl that had 2 spots that looked hermie but I just pulled them and sprayed with reverse. hopefully reverse works like they claim.

Did the reverse work, I might need to go that route and want to know if it actually works well
