Does anyone know of any blowers in the Chicago area who can fix a bong joint? I am also willing to ship it elsewhere if any other blowers who actually do bong repairs are around.
I can't enlarge the picture but if its a 12' straight tube (I know it probably has alot more sentimental value) it'll probably be cheaper/easier to get a new
The problem here is finding a base that the coil will fit. It's a Grid Glycerin Coil bong. If it weren't such an awesome and expensive bong I would get over it and buy a new one but I have no idea how I would find a base that fits this coil. The base was broken a couple of months ago like this so I went there and bought a new base for $130. My boyfriend broke the base again last night and now the store has none left. My only choice here is finding somewhere to get it repaired even if I have to send it somewhere else. Cleaned first of course Any ideas?
See if you could find a glassblower willing to make you a new bong pretty much with your old bong. It would probably be easier that way and look better and cost the same. Look for a glassblower on etsy or artfire and ask them.
