Just wondering if anyone knows how to stop the robo-itch you get from doing DXM, i have heard that some benadryl before hand can help, anyone?

Benadryl sounds plausible.

Cold water helps.

It's best to find something to do to distract you from the itch.
Going to the third plateau has almost no itch.

yea if your taking a low dose just take the recomended dose of benadryl. if you like dxm though, just tough it out. i only got itchy my first few times... it sucks... but along with learning to cope with robo walk i call it getting your "dex legs"
