Edit: My opinion that Phire is crap is supported by several members in this thread and GC at large. I'm not just raining on parades for fun. I just mean, this guys got a nice bong dude. hes tellin you the specs and they are pretty good. you cant just assume all phires are shit. his looks bad ass. u just keep on pointing out the negative things with it. try to see the good things so that people dont get irritated with your comments.

and btw your neg rep had no effect either. just sayin. im not gonna go and neg rep you nemore. theres no point. just know that you piss wuite a few people off.

No one ever said it didn't look nice... or hit nice for that matter. I'm SURE it does. My only intention by saying that it's cheap is just that. Its cheaply constructed because all Phires are. Some phires have nicer features but they're all watered down versions of quality. If they weren't often priced so high I'd say that they were worth it. Shit.... I'd probably pay $250 for that whole unique mushroom contraption.... priced any higher I begin to question. The reason is because I know it cost cents on the dollar to make because its imported. Put the price nearer to what they actually cost to make and I'll be all over a Phire.

IMO: - rep isn't for when people upset you... people will upset you all the time every day for the rest of your life. it's for when people spread misinformation maliciously, or troll, or just hate for no reason.... or additionally when they misuse it themselves.

Dude... read the first thing I posted in this thread. I'm not here to bash Phires. They're great... FOR the price... when the price is good. $300+ is obviously not a good deal when you can get a quality name bong w similar specs for a similar price.

And NO I don't feel all knowing.... I just do research before I post. If I don't know that what I will say is accurate I try to not post it at all. Its a good practice. It allows me to say things like "I only have correct things to say" and mean it. There is so much misinformation on GC that I feel personally obligated not to add to it. I am not adding to it when I say that Phire makes mid to low quality glass bongs for the price concious stoner.... and with that I'm done with this thread.... rejoice

PHIRE are low quality bongs. If you grab a PHIRE for a decent price, then it is a great purchase. Being a great purchase doesn't mean it's a great bong (quality wise). I just don't understand why people get so butthurt over facts. I bought a GEAR, did some research, and discovered it was low quality. Did I then proceed to say "well fuck that, no bong I purchased would be anything less than the highest of quality!" and ignore the facts? Nope.. I accepted the fact that my bong is lower quality than the other tubes out there (RooR, TORO, US Tubes, etc), and never made the comparison. Just because it is lower quality doesn't mean it doesn't give a good hit.

/rant -- sorry, that's been building up for awhile. I just can't get over it haha..it happens so often. And feel free to cuss me, call me misinformed, whatevers clever. Just wanted to rant, I won't derail the thread anymore

Since I probably lost the support of many of you towards the end of that paragraph I'll restate what I first said: PHIREs are low quality bongs that if bought for a good price are great purchases.

Lots of cool looking PHIREs in here, never seen the mushroom percs before. The frosted PHIRE is quite sexy too! Let's bring some milkage into this thread
