hair straightener vaporizor!

okay, i was in tj maxx yesterday looking at vases to turn into bongs, when i happened across one of those mini hair straighteners... well, i took one look at it and knew that it would be GREAT for something... it looked perfect for hot-knifing... well, as i looked for a temperature rating, it turns out that they heat up to a PERFECT temperature for vaporizing marijuana!!! 400 DEGREES!!! also, they are small, very easy and quick to use, and, with some modification, im SURE you could take it apart and use the ceramic plates for a vaporizor!!!

I duno man I'd rather just buy a vaporizer. Best purchase you could make man.

ive got a $130 hair straightener. but the only thing ive use it for is my hair and pressing hash, which it works great for.

id rather just buy a cheap vape. I got a vaporstar for like $30. on average a cheap hair straightener costs $15 - $20 spend the extra bit of money and get something thats gonna be easier to use and it'll work more efficiently. just my 2 cents.

I've got SO many hair straighteners laying around... hmm...

I havent perfected the method yet but generally I wrap it in parchment paper and sandwich it between the ceramic plates. I was writing up a tutorial but my batteries died before I could finish. eventually I lost interest but I'll go ahead and post what I have.

its not quite hash yet but this was pressed for 3 minutes at 275. as you can see its just starting to come together. I got the heat to around 375 before it became hash. it took about 20 minutes but I figure a few more tries and I can get a better ideah of temp and time.

yah but i just thought id put it out there. and yes, a vap is going to be my next purchase, after a cigarrette bat for my homemade dugout.
