How much THC gets killed in a bong?

well I built a DIY bong the other day and while I enjoyed how smooth it hit, I felt like I smoked like 2x the amount of weed with only like 3/4 the impact. I read the other day that some THC get's caught up in the water so I imagine that this was what I ran into.

Is there any way to get bong like results without a bong or a vaporizer?

only a negligable amount of THC gets lost in the water. that is most likely not the reason you didn't feel as high.

I've never heard of THC getting lost in the water. As a matter of fact, most people I know feel like they get higher with bongs. You can take massive hits, getting higher in less time. Perhaps you're not holding in your hits as long since you're getting more smoke? Try to hold 'em a little longer and see how that goes.

Don't worry about it man, the amount lost really shouldn't make THAT big a difference. Is that the first time you hit that bong? All I know is that if you take one big bong snap you should get high as fuck.

Even though your bud may have 15-25% THC you may only get 60 percent of that from a bong; or so I have read. Roughly 40% in 'blunts' and you only lose that 1% in vapes at 99%

70 percent in water pipes. 99.99999999 percent if you hit it right.

i usually take two fatass choking hits of dank and im good for a couple hours

regardless of what you use to pull smoke in you should be getting most of the THC.. i find those stats hard to believe

Think about a blunt for a second. So much smoke drifts off into the air. Not to mention the ashes from a blunt are still smokeable in a bowl. Gross but true.

If your hitting a bong right, your just about getting everything. If you hit it like a retard you may be getting seventy percent.

smoke that goes in the air is considered killed in my book

almost all of the smoke from a bong rip (especially a snap if packed well) goes into the lungs of the smoker

if you're wondering how much thc is filtered out into the water and onto the sides of the bong you can let the water evaporate and smoke the ashy sticky disgustingness thats left over (bong resin) and find the answer to your question

if you want to quantify the remainder you can smoke it and see how high it gets you

but if you ask me it would be retarted
smoking resin is for fools and young people

One bowl of dank would probably provide an unmeasurable amount of THC left in your water.

Those numbers come from what happens during the combustion process. Bong also really only get you higher because they deliver much more smoke.
