Stoner moron #1. Dude, I feel the highest from smoking out of a bong because uhh, I do and you can smoke more with them.

Seriously, this is the response coming from 95% of this thread. To be completely honest, the best way to extract THC from weed would be

1. Eating/Baking/Etc
2. Vaporizing
3. It's all relatively the same, sometimes more is wasted and sometimes less is wasted.

Example Bong vs Joint/Blunt

Let's say I'm smoking out of a bong and I basically torch all of the bowl, get a fat plume of smoke and then cough 50% of it out of me then I let 25% of it sit inside the bong for 30 seconds (Dead air). How much have you "wasted"?

Let us say that we're smoking a joint/blunt and I take micro hits out of it because it's too harsh, or I just let it sit in my hand for 30 seconds between every toke. How much have you "wasted"?

Bottom Line:
Everyone is going to get high in different ways, and get higher or less high depending where they are, what they've eaten, what they've smoked, what they've smoked out of and how much they smoked. Unless you're actually a scientist and can make claims with bloodwork and true testing equipment, these threads are completely invalid.

This. if a bong hit is taken correctly there should b no wasted smoke, it should all be cleared, held in (7-10 seconds for maximum THC absorption)

To whoever doesnt think bongs lose alot of thc..............

I have used a bong for months
And have now been using a vape for about a month

The bong will get you high and its nice, but you are losing a significant amount of THC, not a negligible amount.

How do I know this? The same amount of weed in a bong does not produce the same effect as in a vape.

The vape gets 98-100% of the thc out of the weed, usually providing 5-7 hits by the time youre hitting the last of it, youre already high. So basically (obviously depending on tolerance but trust me mine isnt low),

A bong only gets about 60-70%. Basically you have to smoke more weed for the SAME AMOUNT of THC, because youre losing some.

that has nothing to do with how much thc is "killed" in a bong

its obvious that a vape would burn more of the thc and not "waste" as much.

Ironically, the pipe with the electric mixer scored by far the worst of any device. Like the waterpipes, the cigarette filter also performed worse than the unfiltered joint, by about 30%.
