Questions about shipping out to NewZealand

Hey guys i am not sure if this is the right thread but i have some questions,

Ok so heres the deal i am very keen on buying a bong from the grass city shop but i live in NewZealand where bongs and other "tobacco" accessories are being cracked down on, being made illegal". What i am trying to say is will i get into any legal trouble if i proceed and have the bong sent to my address . And if the postal company find out its a "Tobacco" accessory will it be confiscated and thats money down the drain for me..?
I am just worried and do not want to waste my money if you know what i mean. it would be helpful to hear back from you guys or perhaps from people that are from NewZealand and have ordered from grass city in the past?
