im not new to weed but every time i get green crack and blue dream(what everyone says is good) its always really seedy and i don't even get to smoke most of it.what would be a better strain for anxiety then those?
do you live in a medicinal state?
seeds usually indicate lower quality weed.
are you a user to stop your existing anxiety or does the weed cause anxiety?

Both green crack and blue dream are supremely poor choices for anxiety. Both are sativa dominant strains with the Blue Dream genetic ratio being about 75:25 in favor of sativa. This means that the strains generally have a higher THC to CBD ratio, with THC being the psychoactive compound that can lead to heightened anxiety and paranoia. You need strains with a high CBD to THC ratio. These are often found among the indica-dominant varieties. Despite not having information on your whereabouts (MMJ state or otherwise), anything with the suffix of Kush is a good bet for your needs. Anything with the suffix of Haze is generally negative as it indicates sativa dominance in the strain. Good suggestions for you are strains with minor deviations from original Afghan and Hindu strains such as AK-47, Afghan Kush, Master Kush and Headband. There are a great many varieties of indica strains in varying CBD:THC ratios. If you find that your anxiety persists after following these strain guidelines, I would advise looking into sources of autoflowering strains. These are Cannabis Ruderalis hybrids with a THC content that is relatively low and off-the-charts CBD content due to Ruderalis parents from the Far Eastern region. I hope this helps, brother. Stay well.

Anything that's really seedy is NOT a medical strain. Where the hell do you live?
i think my hookup just gave me the ends(the seeds basickly) i gotta wait to get some more money for a card but my anxiety was so bad that i had to call someone up.

lol well "medical" strain is a bit arbitrary in general....if for u it acts medicinally it is a medical strain....i think what the previous poster meant was medical-GRADE marijuana..usually when there are males in the crop it truly isnt medical grade.......or even a smart grower for the most part
