getting a physical today

So i'm getting My annual physical today and I know for a fact I still have thc in my system since I smoked Saturday night, I know they make you pee in a cup but will thc come up in the test results could I get into any legal trouble any help would be appreciated.

physical? no, that's called a drug test. physicals usually involve fondling your balls and telling you to cough.

They don't typically drug test you at annual physicals unless you're still a kid and your parents request one. And like BearJew420 (kickass username, by the way) said, due to physician/patient confidentiality the doctor couldn't tell anyone anyway.

They don't call it a drug test I think they do it because there has been a history of diabetes in my family so they usually say its to make sure i'm not a diabetic, i'm not really worried I was just wondering

even if thc does come up, it would be illegal for them to say anything to anyone but you. You'll be fine

even if they do a drug test they cant use the results for anything lol they more so need your urine to make sure you dont have any diseases which would show in urine, or kidney/liver issues and the like

They just making sure you healthy, like there's not excessive blood in your urine or anything else. Sure, they might check for weed but I doubt they will say anything. Might not even waste the time/money checking for drugs, as long as you are healthy.

I'm pretty sure that somewhere on the cup it should say that it's not a drug test... because it's not. Also doctors usually know that weeds not that big of a deal health wise. I told my doc I smoke weed on occasion and he just said "as long as it's not cigarettes". You'll be good don't sweat it

But even if you have to it doesn't matter they can't do anything for you testing positive for marijuana.

Just like how you can put up a video of you getting blazed and its not illegal.

I had my last required physical with my pediatricion and he was going through the usual questions about drinking and drugs and stuff. I stopped him and asked about the confidentiality and he said he couldn't tell anyone what I told him unless he saw me as a danger to someone elses or my own safety / help. Cant remember which he actually used. But this sketched me out. I know they mean that if you tell them your going to kill yourself or someone else then the confidentiality is broken but the way he said it put me on edge. In a previous physical I told him I smoke and he talked with me and my mom about how 1 joint is equal to a package of cigarettes and other old outdated propaganda. It was hard not to laugh. In conclusion is think it depends on the type of doctor. If your under 18 and still have to see a pediatricion I would be on edge because I dont trust those bastards.

I have a sports physical at school and kids smoking weed has been an issue at school. Do you think they'll test? If so can they tell the school?

If they find thc in your system they can't do shit...unless your on a sports team ( I presume that's why the physical is given ) then they can kick you off.

I'm pretty sure they just test your pee to see if your liver is failing or if you have diabetes...or something along those lines lol. If your under 18 your parents can request that they drug test you and I don't //think// they have to tell you that your being tested. A friend of mine had a parent who did that because her brother did a few unmentionables and wanted to make sure my friend wasn't on them, but my friend wasn't told she was being tested.

Otherwise I don't think they would even check...otherwise I would be so screwed from the past few years haha c:
