  6. oh do they now?i guess probibal cause isnt a thing anymore.:p yes they need probibal cause to search you.If you smell like burnt cannibis the cop may try to fuck you with intoxicated in public.if he or she smells pot just say you dont consent to search.so simple ive done it with my local pd when they try to stop me for being high getting munchies .
