I do not wish to give my phone number. I made an order a while ago and as far as I remember you did not always require a phone number. It may be kept private but for certain reasons I would prefer not to give it.
You need to send your inquiry to support@grasscity.com with as much info that you can give so they will know who it is that wishes to not include their number with an order. The moderators of the forums try to help the Shop's customers as much as possible but this forum is technically for feedback concerning the forums. Send an email to the above email address and the Shop's customer service team will get back in touch with you.
Since you replied I sent two emails. No reply to either. I do not wish to give my phone number for certain reasons.
We have always asked for a phone number, that way we can check for frauduleus orders. No phone number, no order, sorry! SJ
