Lmao! Just watched the last 20 mins of this show, didn't get to see all of it but it's a documentary on a journalist who goes to Amsterdam to experiment with Cannabis for a month.

It was on BBC and I just find it hillarious because it's a middle aged British women and she just gets retarded when she smokes haha. They did a driving test to compare the effects of being sober, stoned and drunk on your driving and it was great haha.

After she takes two hits from a pipe containing .5 grams of cannabis she drives like an idiot, goes slow as hell and says she felt like she was going fast.

It's so obvious that she has never smoked before and can't handle the weed at all, which makes it somewhat bullshit but still hillarious nonetheless.

but yeah this documentary is quite shit, saw it on tv here ages ago and i was surprised at the stupid fucking women doing it. in one bit she has to make a table, first off sober, she does it then when she gets high she ends up jst giving up like some retard, shows what a weak person she is.

In case you guys can't find it i'll watch it again and do a detailed review of this documentary. A bonus is you don't have to sit through an hour of annoying british voices.

The woman's name is Nicky Taylor. She says she does experiments by testing them on her own body. This doesn't sound like something a doctor, or scientist would do. Some of the other experiments she does is binge drinking, plastic surgery, and not bathing for 6-weeks. ugh.

She says that she tried cannabis when she was in college but in this test she will travel to Amsterdam and work in a coffee shop that sells weed I guess to learn about the economy of it. She will be aloud to smoke after work at the coffee shop and she will continue to do this for 1 month.

She mainly wants to see how it affects herself more than anything. The first thing she does is go to a doctor to find out the risks involved with smoking cannabis. The doctor tells her there are psychological effects and physical effects. Psychological effects include short term memory loss, problems with coordination and motor function, paranoia, depression, sleep disturbance. Physically it can cause blood pressure, make the heart rate increase, and can cause chest pain. Her advice is not to do it.

Next, she goes to a local headshop. She admits several times to being a novice and doesn't know anything about growing, smoking, stains, seeds, or the law. After this, she talks to a lawyer about the current marijuana laws in London. He tells her than any amount of marijuana is punishable. The only exception would be a medical experiment with a license.

This is where she heads to Amsterdam to start her experiment. She finds a popular coffee shop called "Dampkring". They agree to let her work at the shop and conduct her experiment here. The owner asks if she smokes regularly and she replies "Cigarettes?"( This is why I doubt she's credible AT ALL).

Day 1: She gets a pre-rolled spliff containing .10 grams of Jamaican weed mixed with tobacco. She says she has medical assistance on stand by. The owner tells her to sit down a take a puff or two and then sit down for 7-10 minutes to see how she feels and then go from there. A counter on the screen counts how many drags she takes. After 2 she says she doesn't feel anything. So she keeps smoking and feels a little relaxed. She describes her body and mind being 1 second out of sync. Before you know it the counter is at 16 and she's not stopping to see if she really feels the effects. At 23 puffs she says it hits her. Her hands start shaking and she looks really paranoid. She said it's worse than being drunk and she's scared. A guy is sitting next to her (medic she was talking about?) but he has a joint in his hand. he tells her to focus on the moment and not to think about anything. After she leaves the coffee shop she says it's the worst day of her life. She says she was to petrified to get out of the chair and compares it to a panic attack. She is starting to doubt the whole experiment, after one day.

I am starting to realize that this may be way longer than anyone has the concentration for. There's still another 42 minutes to go and I would be glad to continue this but it would be nice to know people would want to read it. I know the TV form isn't the most popular subsection on the form.

If I get some encouragement from my blades I'll do more.

but with this program, i hate calling weed dope too, i find it so stupid and annoying.

its not really a valid experiment anyway as she is not used to the weed, super high me is much much better.

lol i just watched it few days ago, and i was gonna put up a thread when i saw this. i think its most of it is complete shit. they show her all scared and freaked out the first time saying all this bullshit. no shit she was scared she smoked that shit up like a cigarette and shes never been high before. THE SHOW WAS STUPID! and i hate when they call it dope too...

i read an article on the show cuz i didnt get to watch it.
but i think i would have been pissed off if i watched it because it was obviously biased.

however, i am disappointed that i did not get to see her making an ass out of herself while driving.

My favorite part is where she gets two night stand things from ikea and assembles one sober and the other high. While she is saying that she has no problem assembling the first one the footage is of her missing a peg with a hammer 3 times!
