No more than 250. For any dank strain 250 is textbook. 200-240 is not uncommon at all though.

It's legal in a few states. All the far west states (Cali, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Nevada), then (according to this map I'm looking at) there's Hawaii, Montana, Colorado, New Mexico, Vermont, Maine, and Rhode Island. There are quite a few other states considering it right now though, so that map could be slightly out of date.

Cali is definitely the most well-known state when it comes to Medical MJ.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here, but I think Cali is the only state where you can actually go to clubs or dispensaries or what have you to buy herb, edibles, and the like...

Well, okay, according to the all mighty internet, there's one dispensary in Oregon, but their site doesn't say anything about actually providing MMJ. Just information, doctors, classes and the like.

Specific MMJ laws vary by state, so the leniency really depends on where you are.

Oh baby... That's something to be proud about... I pay like $100\O for Mids and $150\O for Beasters... Just $100 more for an O of KB makes me excited.

Though most of the Beasters here are just Outdoors KB anyway...

I had no idea about the legality of MMJ either... All those states? Wow... this calls for some research'n.

Edit:
Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington
That's 12/50 that have MMJ... Though they're still going against national law.
