Well we already have medicinal marijuana legalized and I doubt that Oregon could pass a law legalizing marijuana all together. I mean technically, federal law overrides state law and that's why the DEA, up until recently, could go to places like Oregon and California and bust medical marijuana dispensaries. But now, Obama recently said that if a state has laws in place for it, it's their choice and the DEA can't do that anymore.

i think what people are getting wrong is that in oregon in 2010 its on the ballot to be able to open dispensaries like in california, it would be regulated and taxed. its not on the ballot for legalization.

got some more oregon indoor bud. Strawberry Champagne. definitely a hybrid its got an even indica and sativa high. smokes well, tastes sweet. $40 an 1/8th.
